We establish and run your S&OP process, building a tight demand forecasting model and a view of materials requirements. We work cross functionally with sales and finance, to ensure an integrated planning process that takes into account changes in sales and cash flow considerations.

We’ll set a production schedule that aligns with your demand plan, place POs for finished goods and manage your manufacturing partners to on-time completion. We’ll also ensure 3rd party quality testing takes place and that all documentation is reviewed and stored properly.

We will coordinate purchasing of raw materials and components in support of on-time production, as well as handle strategic sourcing to ensure supply chain redundancy and access to competitive costs.

We can help eliminate chargebacks and improve OTIF through effective partner management. We’ll manage your 3PL partner, monitoring adherence to SLA and ensuring all special instructions are followed (especially for wholesale orders). Our goal is to ensure speedy, on-time delivery to retailers and consumers through effective partner management.
